Job summary

Nashvillecenterrehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts in Nashville. This role includes days or nights and a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and the care team. CNAs will be supervised as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care.
• Medication administration including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians and care team.
• Supervise CNAs.
