Job summary

Nashvillecenterrehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves hands-on patient care in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care units with opportunities for advancement and recognition programs.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, direct resident care, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs. TN LPN license required; sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
