Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.

Responsibilities include medication administration including IVs, taking vitals, providing resident care, education, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, families, and supervising CNAs. We offer competitive wages, benefits, sign-on bonus, and recognized perks.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Must be able to perform 12-hour shifts (7-7).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
