Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 6-year-old male child in Venetia, PA.

This full-time role offers day or overnight shifts, with a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule, and weekends availability. You will deliver in-home pediatric care, assist with ADLs, manage g-tube care, monitor seizures and vitals, administer oxygen and medications, and collaborate closely with the family and care team to ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
