Community Care, Inc. Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN for 1:1 private duty pediatric care in Leechburg, PA. This full-time day-shift role provides one-on-one nursing for a 3-year-old male child in a home setting.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN license in Pennsylvania, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience, with pediatric/home health experience preferred. Comprehensive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
