Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN (or RN) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a 3-year-old male child in a home setting in Leechburg, PA. This full-time day-shift role offers one-on-one patient care from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include ADLs, g-tube care/feedings, seizure and vitals monitoring, safe medication administration, and close collaboration with the family and care team to ensure high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
