Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents per physician orders.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care.
• Manage medication administration plans with documentation and physician communication.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and safety, document changes.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition as part of care.
