Job summary

Join The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in a Skilled Nursing unit. You will provide compassionate care, coordinate with care partners, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for residents.

The role offers full-time shifts (6 AM-2 PM and 2 PM-10 PM) with competitive pay and a robust benefits package. Prior SNF and post-acute experience are preferred, along with an Arizona LPN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Arizona).
• PointClickCare (PCC) software experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Skilled Nursing.
• Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Join the compassionate care team at The Terraces of Phoenix, a premier HumanGood Life Plan Community, where your skills and dedication help create a vibrant, supportive environment for older adults. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.

Pay Rate: $30-$36/hour (DOE)

Positions Available:

** Full-time, 6 AM - 2 PM , Week 1: Mon., Tues., Fri., Sat; Week 2: Sun., Wed., Thurs., Fri.

** Full-time, 2 PM - 10 PM , Week 1: Sun., Wed., Thurs., Fri; Week 2: Mon., Tues., Wed., Sat.

In this role, you will:
