Job summary

Spring Mill Pointe - a HumanGood community is seeking a part-time LPN to care for residents during the overnight shift. The LVN/LPN will address nursing needs while upholding our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care and ensuring a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will coordinate assignments with care partners and hold the team accountable for resident care and satisfaction, contributing to a supportive, professional team and a positive living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN in the state applying for
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads welcome

Job description

Spring Mill Pointe is looking for a part-time LPN. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Pay rate: $30 - 32 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time 7pm-7am - Must be available for Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
