Job summary

HumanGood's Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens in Fresno, CA is seeking a full-time LVN/LPN for the PM shift (2:00pm–10:00pm), with a 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule. You will provide nursing care, align with our person-directed care philosophy, and collaborate with care partners to meet residents' needs.

Ideal candidates hold an active California LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and prior senior or post-acute care experience.

Description

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

FULL-TIME: 2:00pm - 10:00pm; 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule

We are looking for an individual who is available to work varying days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN (or obtained within 90 days) in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
