Job summary

Vitality Living Franklin is seeking an LPN/Charge Nurse to join our team, delivering skilled nursing care to residents at our Franklin community. You will administer medications, coordinate treatments, and support physicians and care plans in a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a current LPN/LVN license, CPR certification if applicable, and strong communication in English. We offer a supportive workplace with opportunities for professional growth and a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Assists residents with medications and treatments.
• Collects and transports specimens for lab studies as needed.
• Communicates with physicians by phone, fax, and forms.
• Ensures orders and results are scanned and filed in charts.
• Assists in developing and revising service plans with Wellness Director.
• Follows directions from Wellness Director for other duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts.

• Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director.
