Job summary

Vitality Living Pleasant Hills is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to join our care team in Little Rock, AR. You will coordinate medication administration, assist with treatments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate charting, updating service plans, and communicating resident needs to the Wellness Director. The role requires current LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health requirements.
• Maintain current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification.
• Maintain any other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
• Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies.
• Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms.
• Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts.
• Assist in the development and revision of service plans; inform Wellness Director of resident needs and successful approaches.
• Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director.

• Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director
