Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of RNs/physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote seamless and efficient care.

$10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time & $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Part-Time
