Job summary

Serenity Estates of Morris is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our care team, providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing on 12-hour shifts.

You will administer medications, collaborate with RNs and physicians, and help develop personalized care plans while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Illinois.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a seamless and efficient care experience.
