Job summary

Serenity Estates of Morris is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for 12-hour shifts. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for part-time.

You will provide holistic, evidence-based care in a senior living setting and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an Illinois RN license, have strong communication skills, and are able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, focusing on their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to enhance professional growth and development.
