Job summary

Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire in Illinois is seeking a full-time RN or LPN for the PM shift (3pm–11:30pm). You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support daily living activities in a long-term care setting.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, document records accurately, and communicate with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as an RN or LPN in long-term care setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
• 8-hour shifts 3pm–11:30pm.

Responsibilities

As a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive living environment for our residents.

About the Role

As a RN or LPN at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Currently holds an active RN or LPN nursing license in the State of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education in nursing or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an RN or LPN in a long-term care setting (or equivalent)
• current CPR certification
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and rotating holidays
• 8 hour shifts only. 3pm to 11:30pm second shift.
