Job summary

Serenity Estates of Morris, IL, is seeking a compassionate MDS RN or LPN to join our aging care team. You will conduct MDS assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

This full-time role requires Illinois RN or LPN license and 1–3 years in senior care, with strong MDS knowledge and excellent communication. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications
