Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 pm–6:30 am) at Greensburg Personal Care. You will provide total nursing care, administer medications, and document resident conditions per physician orders.

• Current Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Providing total nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Maintaining a safe abuse-free environment for all residents.
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurate documentation regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records.
• Accurate completion of admission process including assessments, interim care plans, and timely documentation.
