Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking an LPN for a part-time evening shift (6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Mon–Fri) in Greensburg Personal Care. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth within a not-for-profit organization serving Westmoreland County since 1980.

You will provide total nursing care, administer medications, document resident care, and support a residents-first culture in a collaborative team. PA LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Pennsylvania Practical Nursing license.
• Experience caring for residents in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Maintain a safe, abuse-free environment for all residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Document accurately regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records.
• Complete admissions process including assessments, interim care plans, service plans, physician orders, and timely documentation.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Charge Nurse, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Providing total nursing care to residents in the facility
• Maintaining a safe abuse free environment for all residents living in the facility
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurate documentation regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records
• Accurate completion of admission process to include assessments, interim care plans, service plans obtain physician orders, and timely documentation as per admission process.
