Job summary

Redstone is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our weekend team in Murrysville, PA, providing comprehensive nursing care from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and strong support for professional growth in a mission-driven, non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in PA.
• Experience delivering direct patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing or living facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state standards.
• Complete admissions assessments, interim care plans, service plans, and orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation of resident health status and care plans.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide comprehensive direct nursing care to residents within our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or living facilities.
• Administer medications and clinical treatments accurately according to physician orders and state standards.
• Complete thorough admissions assessments, interim care plans, service plans, and physician order processing in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate, compliant electronic health records (EHR) and documentation regarding resident health status, treatments, and care plans.
• Promote and maintain a safe, therapeutic, and abuse-free environment for all residents.
