Job summary

Redstone is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time weekend shift at the Murrysville Personal Care facility. The RN will work 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, Saturdays and Sundays, providing comprehensive nursing care and ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Experience in a nursing facility or geriatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Maintain a safe abuse-free environment for all residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Document residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records.
• Complete admission processes including assessments, interim care plans, service plans, physician orders, and timely documentation.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As an RN: Registered Nurse, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Providing total nursing care to residents in the facility
• Maintaining a safe abuse free environment for all residents living in the facility
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurate documentation regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records
• Accurate completion of admission process to include assessments, interim care plans, service plans obtain physician orders, and timely documentation as per admission process.
