Vancrest Health Care Centers in Kentucky is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. Starting pay is $28/hr, with a weekend premium of $4/hr. The interview process determines final compensation.

You will implement resident care plans, administer treatments, assist in assessments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care. A nursing license is required.

• Implementing a resident plan of care.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
• Consulting with and validating data
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development

• Weekend Warrior shifts receive an addition shift premium of $4.00/hr.
