Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking a licensed practical nurse for a full-time opening. You will work 5x8 hour shifts per week, including every other weekend, from 6:00am to 2:30pm, providing direct nursing care and medication administration in a veterans' long-term care setting.

The position pays $35.00 per hour with full-time benefits, including a 401(k) with company match. LPN license in PA is required to join a dedicated healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA LPN license.
• Full-time LPN position requiring state licensure.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to physicians/RNs.
• Document assessments, treatments and medications accurately.
• Assist with wound care and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain infection control standards and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Respond to medical emergencies per facility protocols.
