Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers in Florida seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinic team. You will administer medications, assist the Medical Director, and provide compassionate care to patients during challenging times.

This role involves inventory, data collection, patient screening, and collaboration with the Medical Director, RN, and Program Director to ensure safe, high-quality treatment. We offer strong benefits from DAY ONE and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in your state.
• Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, and nursing knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient contact; clinical experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication per physician's order and record dosage.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication supply and maintain accurate records.
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in the absence of a cashier.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste per protocol.
• Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing and verify dosages with other centers as needed.
• Administer required lab tests and collect data for review by Medical Director/RN.
• Schedule and screen patients for Medical Director review.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient paperwork and participate in CARF/state audits.
