Job summary

New Season in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinic under the supervision of the Medical Director, Registered Nurse, and Program Director. You will engage directly with patients and provide compassionate care as they navigate challenging times.

Responsibilities include medication administration, inventory control, patient screening, data collection for the Medical Director, and maintaining confidential medical records.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact.
• Knowledge of opiate addiction, medical terminology, and nursing basics.
• Computer literacy and basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication per physician order and record dosage.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication and maintain accurate records.
• Collect fees and assist with cash reconciliation when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient medical records and assist with CARF/state audits.
• Greet patients, answer phones and interface with the public on center premises.
