Job summary

New Season is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient clinic team. You will work under the supervision of our Medical Director, RN, and Program Director to provide high-quality care and compassionate service to patients during challenging times.

In this role you will perform medication administration, patient assessment, and documentation while supporting daily operations and CARF/state audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact.
• Must be computer literate and comfortable using Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication as ordered and record dosages.
• Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accuracy in medication accounting.
• Collect fees and reconcile daily cash in the absence of a cashier.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste and monitor patient condition before dosing.
• Interface with patients, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries on center premises.
• Assist the Medical Director with data collection for history and exams.
