New Season Treatment Centers seeks an LPN to join our Naples clinic, supporting patient care under the Medical Director, RN, and Program Director. You will engage with patients during challenging times, providing compassionate service and accurate nursing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes medication administration, patient assessments, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in a busy outpatient setting.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, nursing knowledge and related techniques.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact; clinical experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Supply and administer medication per physician's order and record dosage.
• Conduct daily medication inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation if needed.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
• Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing and verify dosages with other centers as needed.
• Administer lab tests and collect data for review by Medical Director or RN.
• Schedule patients for Medical Director visits and assist with history/physical data collection.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical paperwork.
• Assist with CARF preparation and state audits.
• Interface with patients by answering phones and greeting visitors.
