Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Florida clinic. Under Medical Director supervision, you will administer medications, monitor patients, and support physicians and staff in daily operations.

You will maintain medication inventory, perform basic lab tasks, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding privacy and compliance requirements. Experience with addiction treatment settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.
• At least 1 year of direct patient contact experience.
• Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, and general nursing knowledge.
• Computer literacy with basic typing skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as prescribed by the physician and records dosage in the medical record.
• Maintains medication inventory and ensures accurate daily counts.
• Handles cash in the absence of a cashier and reconciles daily totals.
• Receives and checks medication shipments for accuracy and notifies staff of discrepancies.
• Schedules patient visits and assists with history/physical data collection as directed.
• Performs required lab tests and documents vital signs and related data.
