Job summary

223 Aurora Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Float Pool Clinics in the Milwaukee area. You’ll support providers, welcome patients, and help ensure a compassionate, seamless experience across multiple sites.

Schedule is typically 7:00am–6:30pm with most shifts from 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm. You’ll earn a float pool differential of $3.00 per hour and must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work across multiple clinics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
