Job summary

Samaritan Health Services in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Valley Float Pool. This on-site role supports multiple outpatient service lines, including pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Urology, and Orthopedics, providing broad nursing exposure and the opportunity to work across departments.

You will assist practitioners, process telephone orders and test results, and maintain patient records, delivering safe, high-quality care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon LPN licensure required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Lab/EKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists practitioner in procedures, telephone prescriptions/refills, maintaining patient records and relaying test results.
• Delivers safe, quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and Clinic Supervisor within scope of practice.
