Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a School of Nursing.
• Current NYS LPN license.

• Previous hospital LPN experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; safety aware.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients of all ages under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with health team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Supervise aides as assigned and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in weekend/holiday/on-call/evening rotations as required.
