Stpetes is looking for a Full-time LPN in Helena, Montana. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision, conducting patient intake and verifying health history while ensuring excellent patient care.

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an SPMG Management. Is able to intake patient, verification and recording of pertinent patient health history, while providing excellent patient care. Able to prioritize work load, respond to patient calls and messages in a timely manner. Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process as a standard in accordance with licensure, incorporating elements of holistic family centered care.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience preferred or a new graduate from a school of nursing.
EDUCATION: A graduate from a school of nursing. Maintains knowledge, skills, and abilities through ongoing education. Completes all mandatory review/education as required and assigned. Required to accommodate for and attend 80% of all scheduled meetings.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Current Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as an LPN. May be required to obtain IV certification. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification and re-certification every two years.
APTITUDES: Ability to achieve cognitive, organization and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customers. Possesses interpersonal/communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care and customer relations. Open to feedback and open to a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.
