Job summary

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Full-Time LPN Float to provide patient care across multiple units in a dynamic team setting.

The role emphasizes safety and high-quality nursing care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the broader healthcare team. The LPN Float will support care planning, evaluate responses to interventions, reassess patients, collect data, and document changes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required.
• Current BLS required.
• One (1) year hospital-based experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the modification of the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, considering each patient’s developmental needs.
• Participating in evaluating patient responses to interventions based on expected outcomes.
• Reassessing patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifying the plan of care as needed.
• Contributing to patient assessments by conducting focused evaluations.
• Collecting and comparing patient data to previous conditions and documenting or reporting changes appropriately.
