Job summary

Universal Health Services is hiring an LPN Float to support patient care across multiple units. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses and the healthcare team to adapt plans of care and ensure safe, high-quality nursing services.

Applicants must hold an Oklahoma LPN license and BLS certification, with at least one year of hospital experience. This on-site role requires solid teamwork and computer documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required.
• Current BLS required.
• One year hospital-based experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care across multiple units as an LPN Float.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to modify the care plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Reassess patients per Nursing Standards of Care and modify plans.
• Document changes and report to the RN team.
