Qualifications

• One year of full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• De-escalation training (SECURE) must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the modification of the plan of care.
• Reassess the patient as defined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy.
• Collect and document patient data as appropriate.
