The Benedictine Living Community-Mother of Mercy in Albany, MN is seeking an LPN Float to join our nursing team. You'll provide high-quality care under RN supervision across multiple Benedictine communities within the region, traveling as needed and engaging residents with compassionate support.

Responsibilities include initial data collection, applying Relationship Based Care principles, and traveling to designated facilities to deliver consistent care.

Formación

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Overview

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
