Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN Float to provide quality nursing care across Benedictine communities in the White Bear Lake area. You will travel to multiple facilities under RN supervision, delivering essential resident care per schedule.

The role requires current LPN licensure, strong English communication, and clinical experience preferred. You’ll collect resident data at start of shifts and apply Relationship Based Care while delivering services across the region.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
