Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking an LPN Float to travel among Benedictine facilities within the region and provide quality nursing care under RN supervision. You will perform initial data collection and apply Relationship Based Care while delivering compassionate resident support.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
