Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to float among our senior care facilities in the upper Midwest. You will provide quality nursing care under RN supervision and travel as needed within the Benedictine region, delivering consistent care to residents and collaborating with a dedicated team of associates.

You will perform initial data collection, apply Relationship Based Care principles, and respond to residents' needs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initial data collection on all residents.
• Utilize the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) travels to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.

• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
