Job summary

Benedictine seeks an LPN (Float) to provide quality care under RN supervision, supporting multiple Benedictine communities within the region. You will travel to different facilities, perform initial resident data collection, and apply Relationship Based Care practices to meet varied resident needs.

Current state licensure as an LPN in good standing is required, with reading/writing/communication in English essential.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
