Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Minnesota is seeking an LPN Float to provide high-quality care across Benedictine facilities within the region.

Under RN supervision, you’ll perform initial data collection, apply Relationship Based Care, and travel as needed to support residents and staff while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role requires current LPN licensure, English communication, and flexibility to work across several campuses, reflecting Benedictine's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Overview

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.

• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
