Job summary

Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health family, seeks an LPN for PRN on-call shifts in Grants Pass, Oregon. Starting pay ranges from $44.73 to $60.34 per hour based on licensed experience.

Must hold an active Oregon LPN license and be available for 1-2 shifts weekly with 2 weekend shifts per month. You will lead CNAs and care teammates while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon LPN License required and valid in the state of Oregon.
• Availability to work at least 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Clinical skills to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assessments for residents.
• Contribute to individualized care plans and care team collaboration.
