Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, direct resident care under the supervision of nursing leadership. You will participate in Plan of Care development, monitor resident health, and report findings to the RN.

You will also coordinate with licensed staff to assign tasks, ensuring safe and effective care while promoting residents' well-being and comfort in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must have MN LPN license.
• Current CPR certification and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Experience providing direct patient care under supervision is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents with high-quality direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Participate in development and modification of Plan of Care and implement delegated interventions.
• Collect health data, monitor status, and report changes to RN.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed staff, clarify expectations, and escalate as needed.
