Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality direct routine care to residents under nursing leadership. You will participate in developing and modifying the Plan of Care, implementing delegated interventions and collecting health data to report changes to the RN.

You will supervise unlicensed nursing staff, clarifying expectations and supporting residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as part of a coordinated care team.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Board of Nursing-approved professional nursing education program.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification (emergency care).

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high-quality direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Participate in development/modification of Plan of Care and implement delegated interventions.
• Collect resident health data and report changes to the RN.
• Assign and monitor tasks for unlicensed nursing staff, clarifying expectations.
• Support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
