Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy (if certified).
• Assist in procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP/charting.
• Contribute to care plans and communication with the nursing team.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
