Job summary

Pay starts at $35.50/hour with shift differentials; part-time evenings and full-time overnight options are available with generous benefits, education assistance, and a focus on meaningful, relationship-driven care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where employed.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or other health care setting.
• Leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones and our co-workers.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.

Responsibilities

• Form bonds with residents, their loved ones and physicians to create care plans using critical thinking and a big-picture approach.
• Coach co-workers to monitor and support resident needs with urgency and responsiveness.
• Round with physicians, oversee orders and monitor medications for quality care around the clock.
• Educate residents and families about health and wellness issues relevant to the care plan; serve as a Manager on Duty when needed.
