Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking an LPN to join our home-like environment and support residents with personalized nursing care. You will work alongside the Charge Nurse, performing assessments, administering treatments, and documenting care in our unit.

The position offers part-time evening or full-time overnight shifts, with a pay starting at $35.50 per hour plus experience-based increases and shift differential.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where employed (PA).
• CPR certification; facility pays if needed.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds with physicians and assists with exams.
• Administers treatments as ordered and documents as required.
• observes residents and reports to Charge Nurse.
• Assists in hiring CNAs and orientation of new staff.
• Administers medications per physician orders and facility policies.
