Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced LPN for a full-time night shift (7 pm–7 am). You will advance resident care with independent assessment, build relationships with residents, and lead care teams with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

LPN license in the state of employment.

Coach coworkers to monitor resident needs with urgency and responsiveness.
Round with physicians, oversee orders and medications for quality care.
Educate residents and families about health issues relevant to the plan.
Share responsibilities as Manager on Duty.
