Job summary

Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach invites applications for Teaching Faculty in Licensed Practical Nursing Education. A BSN, Virginia RN license, and at least five years of RN experience are required; experience teaching in nursing education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach in classroom, lab, and online environments to promote student learning across diverse backgrounds.
Engage in scholarly and professional activities in the teaching discipline.
Participate in department, division, campus, and college governance and advisory activities.
Provide student advising, service, and community engagement.
Lead and coordinate program development as Program Head for the LPN program.
