Qualifications

Willingness to design and implement curriculum to support and improve student learning.
Ability to develop and adapt teaching strategies for diverse community college students.
Experience with or willingness to use online delivery, hybrid course options, and instructional technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
Teaching experience in nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach discipline courses to a diverse student body in classroom and online settings.
Advise students and participate in department and college governance.
Develop curriculum and collaborate with colleagues on program resources.
Lead or participate in program development and faculty development activities.
Use technology to enhance instruction and assessment; maintain currency in teaching discipline.
